.:Run for the Kids 2007:.
Every year a charity run is organised to help kids.This year I have the privilege to take part in the run.It cost me AUD 65 to participate , where half of the money goes to charity for the kids.The other half is to purchase the run T-shirt sponsored by Nike.There were several category that you are able to take part in.I took the 3.4 Km men run. The other categories are like 15.2 Km run but I don't think that I cut out for that.
1st of April was the race day.I woke up with a cloudy weather and my nose was running on the same day.I was still sick but I really wanted to go.I had a power breakfast that packed me with the proteins and carbohydrate that I need.Then off I took the train to the city to meet up with Charmaine and Marcus.Coincidentally Kayleen was there too.

3.4 Km category took a while to start as other categories started first.So we waited for it to start and in the mean time we took some pictures.
I was really bored at the starting line.

The started and we ran out hearts out. Half way through I ran out of breath, my nose were running faster than I did.Marcus overtook me.On the uphill slope I could not even breath my nose was stuck with mucus and my throat was all clogged up with phlegm.There was so little air going to my brain really got me a bad headache.Still, I was able to finish it , I am so proud of myself...

charity eh??? cool..... which reminds me of the 10km walk im suppose to do in a few weeks time...where ever do i find the stamina.......
so...wat does 24542 means in canto anyway???
