.:I remember Calvary, I remember the Cross:.

Blessed Happy Easter to all of you out there.Easter is something I would never forget. Not just because it was the day of resurrection of Jesus. It is also a day where I was saved.A day where I gave my life to Jesus.

7 years ago.My life was practically at the edge.Living as if there were no tomorrow, aimlessly wondering with not direction.I always wanted to end my life back then.I hated it so much as everything around me falls apart. It was living hell for me.I can never comprehend why do I have to go through life like that.Nothing was fair to me.

Home was never like home.Mum was always working and Dad is away most of the time because of his work.Never had family time with anyone. The only time when my mum talks to me is to nag me to study hard.Dad never really talks to me.Parents were constantly fighting over every under the sun.It was that faithful day when all hell broke loose. My dad walked out.To me it was the end of everything.Nothing could hold us together any more.I gave up on everything.

April 9th 2000 was the day that things began to change for me and my family. It was not a one off thing but it was process. It was the day that I gave up trying to feel alive and gave it to the Lord.It was that faithful day that I thank Jesus who nailed my sin upon that cross. As of that day ,I am what I am today.

I will remember what he did at Calvary.I will always remember the Cross that he was nailed upon. The fact that I worship a God that is alive keep me knowing that I am in hands of the almighty.

:)
